Organwiser (organise your information to make you wiser) is a project started in 2006. This is a follow-on from the knowledge web service started in 1996. It provides a way to organise your notes within an application and have notes link to other related notes. Adding, changing and reorganising notes will automatically update links to and from other notes.
The knowledge system had some implementation issues that required a redesign. Since it worked well for individuals (as well as groups), developing an application version is a good idea. The prototype is being written in Java/JDO/Swing/PostgreSQL/H2.
This looks like it's becoming the initial step towards an application interface to a collaborative web-services based knowledge system.
